Easy Returns & Exchanges
Before returning your paddle, please contact us using our Contact tab or email support@pickleballallin.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your request. This step helps us guide you through the process quickly and accurately.
How It Works
- Submit Your Request
Reach out via our Contact tab or email us at support@pickleballallin.com with your order number and details about your return or exchange. Our team will review your request and confirm your available options before you send anything back. - Shipping Your Return
Please ship your paddle using a trackable method (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS) and include the tracking code. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, and we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit. - Return & Refund Guidelines
• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your paddle, provided it meets our return requirements.
• Modifications: We do not modify or upgrade paddles before sale. However, if a paddle has been upgraded or altered by the customer, it will not qualify for a return.
• Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your paddle, it will be inspected within 3-5 business days. Refunds will cover the full cost of the paddle (excluding shipping charge if added) and will be issued after inspection if items are in their original condition. Please note that return requests may be denied based on paddle condition—even if shipped and confirmed during inspection. Additionally, while we do not charge a restocking fee by default, a fee may be applied at our staff’s discretion depending on the condition of the returned paddle. - Additional Information
If you have any concerns during the process, remember that we evaluate each return request based on paddle condition and overall circumstances. We reserve the right to deny returns if the paddle does not meet our standards.

30 Day Paddle Return Policy
We know how important it is to find the perfect paddle! That’s why we offer a 30-day return window. If your paddle doesn’t meet your needs or feel just right, you can easily send it back for a refund or exchange—no need to call ahead.
***This return period allows you to enjoy using the paddle after purchase, but it’s NOT meant for trying out multiple options with the intent to return.
We want to ensure a fair process, so please note that we may deny returns in cases of policy misuse, including:
- Purchasing multiple paddles and returning most or all of them used
- Excessive returns of used paddles within a 12-month period
- Significant wear or damage within the 30-day period
- Returning paddles with signs of misuse: Submitting returns that show evidence of being used inappropriately or for unintended purposes
While you decide, please treat the paddle as if you’re planning to keep it and enjoy your normal gameplay.

Pickleball All In offers FREE 2-Day shipping on orders.
Please note that for Express and business shipments, FedEx will deliver Monday to Friday and not count the weekends in shipping times. A 2nd day order placed and shipped on Thursday might not arrive until Monday. An Overnight order shipped Friday will not arrive until Monday. Any order placed after 6 pm ET will ship the following business day.
